True story of Florida Dolphin inspired Film "Dolphin Tale"

Over here we can say that an injured dolphin washed up on the Florida shoreline in 2005, barely alive and given slim chances of surviving. Its flesh had been torn open by fishing net, inflicting injuries so severe that the animal had to have its tail amputated. Basically there is a story of the eventual survival which is giving a inspiration for making a new movie, the kid flick "Dolphin Tale," which critics have praised as sterling family entertainment and one of the year's best feel-good movies.

The film is based on the story of a dolphin named winter that lives at an aquarium here and its convalescence at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium after its near-fatal encounter with a crabbing net. The movie's script closely follows the same plot line. In "Dolphin Tale" the animal, just a few months old, is rescued by a young boy named Sawyer and an altruistic doctor who saves its life. After her tail was amputated, winter’s caregivers come up with the ingenious idea of outfitting the animal with a cutting-edge prosthetic tail that allows her to swim normally.

"We applied to winter existing technology, prostheses and medical knowledge for humans," said David Yates, director of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, who said the materials used in developing the fake tail have also been useful in the development of prosthetics for humans."She also gave us with her rehabilitation process a great invention for those who must live with prostheses," he said of the appendage fashioned from rubberized plastic and carbon fiber. There a slightly darker sub-themes in the movie however, including the troubled emotional life of Sawyer, a misfit at school who finds purpose in caring for the injured bottlenose, and the financial struggles of the aquarium.

The A-list cast includes Ashley Judd, Kris Kristofferson, Harry Connick Jr and Morgan Freeman, who said he gravitated to the part because the movie represented good old fashioned entertainment."I thought it was a good story -- real good family fare. No crashes, no chases, no sex. Just a cracking good story, very kid-friendly" the veteran actor said.

Farrah Cancer Foundation President Speaks Out on HPV Vaccine Controversy

The mandatory vaccine, which protects against some strains of the human papilloma virus, a contributing factor to some strains of cervical cancer, was provided at no cost to those who were not covered by insurance and included an opt-out provision for parents.

The National Cancer Institute states that the FDA-approved vaccines are highly effective in preventing infections with HPV types 16 and 18, two high-risk HPVs that cause about 70 percent of cervical and anal cancers. However, actress/producer Alana Stewart, who is President of the Farrah Fawcett Foundation which seeks to provide funding for alternative cancer research, seems to be siding with Bachmann on the issue.

“I can only speak for myself, but it’s a very scary thing, and anything to do with underage children should be up to parents, not the government,” Stewart told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column at the "Give Back Hollywood's Farrah Fawcett Foundation Pre-Emmy Cancer Benefit.

"I do think it is a good thing for parents to research because it is growing, and I think anything that can be done to prevent it is a good thing.”

Farrah Fawcett died of anal cancer. “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, who was also at the benefit, is skeptical of the vaccine all together. “I have four daughters, I am very wary of that to be honest,” she said. “I am waiting until it has been out there a little bit longer. It makes me nervous, but I am waiting until we know more about it.”

New 'Charlie's Angels' will be Success?

They acknowledge that fans have certain expectations and will scream if they aren't met. The original "Charlie's Angels" was a cultural phenomenon when it debuted in 1976, making stars of Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith.

Fawcett proved particularly popular, with boys posting her iconic poster in their rooms and girls copying her feathered hair. The first episode of the new "Charlie's Angels" is scheduled to air at 8 p.m. EDT Thursday (0000 GMT Friday), the 35th anniversary of the original's premiere.

"When you say you're going to reboot Charlie's Angels, you certainly are just hanging a big target on your back," Gough said. "What you want to do ideally is reconnect with an audience that loved the show when they were younger and also bring new fans to it." But the new show starts fresh: These Angels aren't saints. In the original, the women had all trained to become L.A. police officers but sexism in the department had left them relegated to menial positions, so Charlie recruited them to be real detectives.

In the new series, the Angels all have sketchy pasts. Charlie recruits them to give them a second chance, using the skills they developed as criminals to do good. "They're sort of Angels with dirty faces," Gough said.

Taylor said she and her co-stars are looking forward to putting a modern twist on the mythology. "Even though they were extremely cool and successful, we just want to do our own version," Taylor said. According to Ilonzeh, the chemistry among the different characters is what drove the old series and the movies.

The new show promises plenty of action, but producers are trying to go for a more realistic feel, moving away from the gravity defying "Wire Fu" acrobatics featured in the films.

"I love my job. I love being an actor," Kelly said. "But then when you get to go and be physical and learn how to drift cars and scuba dive and horseback ride and learn to fight Krav Maga”.

This type of action is not suitable to the any actor so that after attacking on the lady bus driver then she filed an assault report as well as a civil lawsuit against Fox.

City spokeswoman Andrea Taylor says in a statement that the decision was made "after a thorough review of the facts," but the bus driver in question, Heather Bormann, has phoned her lawyer saying the city's decision is a "miscarriage of justice."Bormann's attorney, J. Norman Stark, tells E! News that his client was stunned by the whole incident. "I'm one of the old-fashioned guys that say you don't hit a woman even if she hits you," says the legal eagle. "She was shocked when he popped her. And when he kept hitting her, she turned around and slugged him and bloodied his lip. And then he still wouldn't stop, so she smacked him in the back of the head.
